Keeping central lines for administering medication safe and clean can prevent CLABSI, Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infections, yet this is often a very difficult task. The CareAline sleeve hold lines used by infants in place during transfusions. NCC-PDI connected CareAline with purchasing leadership at Children's National and organized a focus group of nurse users of the CareAline sleeve.
